JASON DOLCE

I am looking out into the horizon and there is a beautiful sunset straight ahead, blue waters beneath me, and a fishing rod in the ocean. Whether I’m spending a day or an entire weekend out on the waters with family and friends, this is why I have worked so hard, mastering my craft, so I can spend time with those closest to me doing what we love.
My career started in the military as a Guidance Control Specialist, where I achieved the rank of Senior Airman in the United States Airforce Special Operations. The military shaped my work ethic and provided me skills that I knew would translate to the civilian workforce. I gained invaluable insight into leading men, learned the value of teamwork and financial responsibility while operating multi-million dollar government equipment. Each of which I was able to translate into the skilled trade industry.
After the military, I began my career in the service trades as an apprentice for my father’s mechanical contracting company. It was here I found my love of the trades and where my dream of owning my own company as my father did began. I watched as my father excelled at being a business owner and how he took care of not only his customers but every single employee as well. I knew I wanted to be a business owner who valued his customers and employees alike.
I began as an apprentice in the Steamfitters Local 420 and worked my way through the ranks. With 23 years in the industry, I am proud to be an owner of LM Service Company. I lead by example, operating with integrity and determination to show others the importance of upholding the same principles. I strive to continue the growth and success of LM Service, holding to our small business, family-like culture while servicing some of the most significant buildings in the tri-state area.

When I was a little guy, I told my father I was going to be on the United States National Soccer Team and that I would play professionally one day.
His immediate response, ”That’s great, Ry. It’s important to dream big, but dreams mean nothing if you don’t commit yourself fully to them. Now, how hard are you willing to work and what are you willing to sacrifice in order to make those dreams a reality?” His words have remained at the forefront of my mind ever since that day. From that moment, moving forward, my father and I got to work.
Over the years, I had to overcome many adversities in pursuit of my goals. There were countless injuries, multiple surgeries, my asthma was a constant problem, coaches passed on me for certain select teams, and naysayers were always happy to take a swipe at me.
NONE OF IT MATTERED...I WAS ON A MISSION.
After over a decade of work, I did what I said I was going to do and fulfilled those childhood dreams. I played for under 18 and under 20 US Men’s National Soccer Teams, was drafted by the Columbus Crew of Major League Soccer (MLS), despite 5 prior knee surgeries, and started a handful of games before a career ending knee injury early in my rookie season.
My approach to our business at LM Service Company is no different than my approach to my soccer career. I set lofty goals for myself/our team, to provide the absolute best customer experience possible and I give everything I have until we achieve them together. It is of the utmost importance to me, that LM Service Company operates with integrity, wisdom, and loyalty at all times, while pushing to improve every day. As Owner and CEO of LM Service Company, I do what I say I am going to do.
Ryan has 15 years of experience in the industry. He worked for two of the largest HVAC/Mechanical Contracting companies in the country, Emcor and Trane. He was exposed to all facets of the business and some of the best minds in the industry during his time with both companies. He credits both with preparing him to one day own a company and carries those lessons learned to LM Service Company.

LM Service is a mechanical contractor and service company that specializes in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Building Operation Services, and Building Automation Systems in the commercial and industrial markets throughout the Greater Philadelphia Area. Our scope of capabilities includes: preventative maintenance programs; building operation services; chilled water, hot water, and steam piping installations; variable refrigerant flow systems; HVAC equipment retrofits/replacements; tenant fit-outs; installation and maintenance of building automation systems; power and control wiring; and plumbing services.
